Susan and Brian
Dicks are a husband and wife real estate team with a combined real estate
experience of over 30 years. They specialize in residential homes,
condominiums, multi-families, land and new construction.

Experience and Specialized Training:

• New Construction, Land Development, Remodeling and Property Management within
family-owned businesses
• Brokers License in Massachusetts and Rhode Island
• Completed sales training in Sweathogs, ERA’s Top Gun Academy, and Relocation
Specialist Certification, EAchiever (Email marketing) and other specialized
training in marketing, new construction, buyer agency, and systems management.
• Business Coaching through By Referral Only Marketing University and the

• Property Management, renovations, and historic renovations
• Degree in Computer Science
• Salespersons License in Massachusetts
• Specialized Training in buyer/seller negotiations, conflict management
principles, and time management
• Completed training and certified as ERA Relocation Specialist
• Proficient in marketing, graphics, land research, development and sales
